Every fermentation tank have 4 heavy stainless steel legs with adjustable foot pads and horizontal beams. Inner surface thickness: 3mm. Insulation layer: polyurethane foam, thickness: 80-100mm. External shell thickness: 2mm
Inner surface cleaned and mirror polished, Ra=0.4μm. Inner surface is also acid passivated.
Fermentation tanks use matched sanitary stainless tri-clamp for pipeline connecting according to the equipment capacity.

The brewhouse system include mash tun, lauter tun, boil kettle and whirlpool tank, which capacity range from 50 liter to 5000 liter. Usually the brewhouse system include five different configurations which based on the number of vessels: 2-vessels brewhouses, 2-vessels 3 tun brewhouses, 3-vessels brewhouses, 4-vessels brewhouses and 5-vessels brewhouses. But it is customizable according to your specific requirement.
All the main tanks of our brewhouse equipment are made of high standard stainless steel which can meet the international standard. And we use automatic plasma cutting, laser cutting machine and argon protected welding technology to manufacture our tanks. We use high efficiency heat exchanging speed dimple plate heating jacket to heat up the tanks. We also designed the special steam running route to utilize the max thermal conduction efficiency and save the precious energy. The insulation layer of the tanks use the imported aluminum silicate fiber blanket to preserve the heat and make the surface temperature of tank is close to the room temperature. All the wort pipeline for the brewhouse system is connected with polished stainless-steel pipe with round elbow and make sure the pipeline looks good and no dead corner for bacteria proliferation. The wort pipeline is durable and easy to be operated by your workers. We mount the special seal cap for the boil tank to make sure that our tanks can be operated automatically and safely. The height of the tanks is adjustable to fit your factory. And we guarantee there is no water and steam leak in our tanks.
All the pipes and valves are sanitary parts and connected with tri-clamp. It is convenient to assemble and disassemble for pipe cleaning, move and modify for future brewery expansion. All the gasket rings and tri-clamps are made of sanitary material. The wort pump whose speed is controlled by variable frequency drive is both acid proof and alkali proof. The centrifugal pump can also work under high temperature for a long time.
The brewhouse system is also equipped with working platform, malt milling machine, plate heat exchanger, wort oxygenating tube, yeast adding tank, steam condensation tube, wort sample bucket(optional), grist hydrator(optional), wort buffering tank (optional) and hops filtering tank(optional), all these equipment is used for wort making process when you brewing craft beer.
