Taiwanese American Citizen's League's Leadership Identity Development CAMP is looking for qualified counselors & happy campers!
TACL’s LID camp focused on youth to instill a sense of leadership, identity, and community. With a core group of college counselors, campers are transported away from home to various campgrounds each summer and winter. There, they participate in team-building activities and cultural workshops such as rope courses, learning to speak Taiwanese, and how to deal with the various pressures of adolescence.
Counselors are the heart and soul of this program. They are university students or young professionals who have a desire to give back to the community, and want to help campers get through the most difficult of ages with their own experiences. Prepared for the worst of situations, they also bring out the best of camp - brainstorming new activities, creating exciting workshops, and facilitate your child's learning experience. We thank them for their efforts and contributions.
With over 20 years of history, any many successful alumni, we are confident that our program will have a positive effect on your child. We help to encourage and support all of our campers on their paths to success.
